ATTENTION GRANTEES:
The IRS issued a new regulation on September 9, 2008 which changed the Advanced Ruling rules. Under the new regulation, the IRS eliminated the Advance Ruling period.
In an effort to comply with the new IRS regulation the Health Care Foundation is requesting written confirmation that your organization remains a Code Section 501(c)(3) organization and a Public Charity. Confirmation of your charitable status should be submitted with your next scheduled report. Payments will not be generated without the requested charitable status confirmation.
